Aquintessentially White Gum Valley home recently received a very contemporaryrear extension. The proposed design by Douglas Dare Design imagined light, open living spaces with maximum summer ventilation and clever solar heat gain in winter.

 

The build enjoys expansive north facing glazing with energy efficient glass - perfect for comfort throughout the cooler months.
